Accurate Information

Fraud Prevention

Inactive Balances
Account balances inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as outlined in the platform fee schedule. 888be will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any inactivity fee. Players may reactivate their account by logging in and contacting support.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. You may not withdraw bonus funds directly. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before any winnings from bonuses become eligible for withdrawal. 888be may withdraw bonus offers, modify bonus terms, or cancel bonuses obtained through abusive, fraudulent, or collusive behaviour.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players as determined by 888be and may be restricted based on deposit method, player history, or location.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
- Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal unless explicitly stated as no-wagering in the promotion terms.

Void Bets

Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, server interruption, or connectivity issue during a game round or live bet, 888be will endeavour to reinstate the game state at the point of interruption where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned. 888be is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
Dispute Resolution

Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. 888be's decision on any dispute, made after fair review of available evidence, is final.
